Optimist International
Optimist International is a global service organization focused on bringing out the best in youth, our communities, and ourselves. Through volunteering, leadership, and community involvement, Optimist members work together to create a positive impact. Optimist International connects individuals and clubs around the world who share a passion for service and making a difference in their communities.
DAT Optimist
DAT Optimist is our chapter's Optimist International club. When you join Delta Alpha Theta, you also become a member of DAT Optimist, meaning you are joining an additional organization alongside the sorority. Members are expected to be involved in DAT Optimist just as they are with Delta Alpha Theta by attending meetings, participating in service initiatives, and contributing to our community efforts.
Our DAT Optimist meetings are currently held every other Sunday at the University of Windsor campus. Through DAT Optimist, members have the opportunity to connect with others, participate in meaningful service projects, and make a positive impact both on campus and in the community.
DAT Optimist is also open to non-sorority students who want to get involved in community service and be part of our mission.
